From a living room to a family of faith

Community Family Ministry Global started small in 2002. Twelve neighbors, one borrowed living room, a pot of coffee, and a quiet conviction that God was about to do something. Twenty-four years later, under the leadership of Founder and Pastor Eric Paul Creary, we are still leaning into the same calling that brought us together that first Sunday in Huntsville, AL.

How it started

A vision for faith, family, and finance took root in 2002

In 2002, Founder and Pastor Eric Paul Creary planted Community Family Ministry with a simple conviction: that the gospel thrives when woven into the fabric of everyday life-around dinner tables, in honest conversations about money, and through the strength of believing families supporting one another.

There was no elaborate facility. No massive budget. Just a heart for Huntsville and the belief that faith, family, and sound financial stewardship belong together. What began as a small gathering of committed believers grew into a thriving community. Over nearly a quarter century, that seed has matured into a church where households learn to follow Jesus together, honor one another, and build a legacy that honors God.

The setting has changed many times over the years. The mission-to equip families in faith and foster generosity-never has. Today, after 24 years of service, Community Family Ministry continues to be a place where people discover how their deepest relationships and wisest decisions flow from a living faith.
